Question by august: for people who do yoga!?
mainly vinyasa yoga...

does this make your muscles bulge out or like
make you look "buff" because I do like at least 20 mins of yoga everyday lmfaooo

i just love it- its like dancing! I just hope I don't get big buff muscles because I don't like the way it looks on females really hahahah

As far as I know yoga should just tone you. I love it too =) Girls don't have the same body composition as guys. We can't get as buff as them anyway. Sure, there are female bodybuilders out there that are pretty muscled up, but in general we don't have the same tendency to gain that much muscle...as far as I know..haha
