I'm aiming to lose a dress size in 3 weeks, will this work?

25 mins Wii Yoga + 25 ins Wii Jogging
Breakfast - 100 cal pure fruit&nut bar (no added nasties) + coffee with skimmed milk
25 mins leg/lower body exercises + 30 mins Wii Stepping
Lunch - around 200-300 cals
25 mins upper body/abs exercises + 20 mins cycling (exercise bike with crosstrainer arm bits)
Mid afternoon snack - around 100 cals
Dinner - around 300-400 cals
Evening snack - 100 cals & cup of decaf tea with skimmed milk

What else should I be doing?
How much difference will I see? (I'm not fussed about losing "weight" just size heh!)
I'm currently 5ft9.5, 210lbs, Size 18uk

Nope, not enough calories. Your body needs 1200 calories at rest just to function, do be sure to up those. Make sure you have lots of fiber and protein. Exercise is ok to start. The Wii is OK, but not a tough work out. You will need to make sure you are really sweating to burn fat.
