P90x yoga workout routine?


Question by Julia C: P90x yoga workout routine?
today is my 4th day on p90x and the todays workout was yoga. up to this point i have pushed myself to complete the workouts the other days but the yoga workout seemed a bit difficult for me and i could not make it all the way through. is it normal for people just beginning p90x not to be able to finish workouts and how will me not completing the wokout affect the overall outcome

Your first week of P90x is more of a learning period. I would focus on learning the moves, knowing what weight to use, and remember QUALITY vs Quantity.

When I first did YogaX, I found it hard and tried so hard to breath. I'm on day 66 and can do most of the moves in the routine, plus keep a peace of mind and alot of BREATHING! I've appreciated Yoga more because of P90x. So just keep pressing play - you'll get it!
