Question by : How to drop 50 pounds or more in 5 months for a teen?
Ok so im 13 5'5" and i weigh 160. I know i weigh a lot but its really surprising because i dont look like i weigh that much. Anyways, i want to lose about 50 pounds and be around 110 because all of my friends weigh very little and im startin high school next year. I dont want to go into high school chubby and i want to wear tank tops and bikinis in the spring and summer. COuld i have a full diet and workout plan on how to lose 50 pounds or more in 5 months or so?? thanx. And if it helps i have an elyptical, yoga mats, weights, excersise tapes so that might help create a workout plan. Thanks so much :D i really need this

You should jog, i would say for about 15 minutes, easy pace. After that exercise, abs, push ups, seeing as you are a beginner you may want to to do 5 push ups in 4 sets or so. You have weight, do dumbbell curls and look on youtube for other workouts. You MUST eat HEALTHY!!!!@!
