Question by Giggly Giraffe: What could be wrong with my back?
My back muscle is hurting really badly. It's about two inches from the left side of my spine right at my bra strap
I recently started doing Yoga and Pilates. I also continue to do Step aerobics, Kick Boxing, sometimes weightlifting, and rollerblading. I have the same bed/pillows, and sleep a good 9 hours a night. Lent ended, so I'm eating chocolate again
Any idea's?
Best answer:
Maybe you strained it, if it feels sort of twisted, it's probably a strain, if it feels as though you've got a lump you should go and see your doctor. Could you go and speak to a chemist (pharmacist) about it maybe?
