Question by surferkooldude: Is there a workout(calories burnt per min)is equal to 3 mins of running.i saw it on tv .its a quick wayto los?
e weight Its like running in a place {CALLED ENGINE RUN} we run at a place with our heels kicking our butt its also known good for ur brain
