Question by Nessa: Is yoga fun and a good way to relax?
I have seen a news report on yoga the other day. It said it was a very mind relaxing and healthy lifestyle. Today I did about an hour of yoga on my own with the help of videos from youtube. Right now I feel very relaxed and calm. It was fun too. I think I would do well in yoga because I am very flexible. Does yoga come with a special diet and how do I jion a class? Do they have classes for beginners? How has yoga been in your experience? And any other info would be great. Thanks.

Usually people who are serious about yoga do meditation and vegetarianism but it's not necessary to benefit. I made the decision to start stretching again. I am getting old way to fast. Yoga is very good for your health.
