Question by Sincerely Yours: What exercises have the most inpact on weight loss? Running, walking, yoga, weights.. ect. what is the best workouts to do to loose weight? I know they are all good for you, but, what would have more of an impact?
Best answer: lay in the crunches position and just lift your butt. at first it wont feel like anything but if you keep going it really helps
