What exercises have the most inpact on weight loss?


Question by Sincerely Yours: What exercises have the most inpact on weight loss?
Running, walking, yoga, weights.. ect. what is the best workouts to do to loose weight? I know they are all good for you, but, what would have more of an impact?

lay in the crunches position and just lift your butt. at first it wont feel like anything but if you keep going it really helps
