was i healthy today? losing weight?


Question by im cool: was i healthy today? losing weight?
this is what i ate:
breakfast- fat free yogurt with berries and cereal on top
lunch- 1/2 low carb flatbread wrap with 1 slice of turkey and lettuce, and 7 carrots with a little hummus
snack- 1 apple with 1/2 tbsp of organic pb
dinner- some veggie soup, 1 small slice of whole grain ciabatta, 6 shrimp with no sauce, and 1/2 a stuffed pepper (stuffed with veggies)
dessert- 60 calorie sugar free pudding with fat free whipped cream and then like 10 grapes
*i also take a multi vitamin*
for exercise i did 20 minutes of cardio/strength interval training and a 45 minute Yoga Fitness Plus workout DVD

will i lose weight eating like this? i do cardio/strength training every day, with different workout dvds each day, as well as dance classes
will i keep losing weight? how was my diet?
