Question by Unicapony: Is it true that Bikram Yoga can be bad for you?
I've been doing bikram yoga for a while now and I've recently heard that you can get injured by it if you over do it...but my instructors seem fine and i haven't been sick in 2 yrs...was that a lie?

Best answer:
Yeah. It's quite intenser than most of other forms of yoga. The key here is to keep it moderate (2-3 times a week), and you'll be fine.
