how can i do cardio with a sprained ankle?


Question by cupcakesss :D: how can i do cardio with a sprained ankle?
ok so i wasnt looking and i tripped over my yoga ball (i know..stupid :P) and i landed with my toes under my ankle ( ouch ): ) so i cant walk. i NEED to do cardio, i cant stand sitting down on the couch all day. what can i do to still be, u know, active?

P.S. my left ankle is the one thats spraines. REALLY sprained, like, i an barely walk on it.

P.S...S. i have a..:

yoga mat
resistance band
pilates ball (grr)
ankle/wrist weights
wii fit plus :)

nothing really, unless you know how to run on your hands. i was going to suggest rowing maching, but you dont have one. for all cardio that doesnt have a machine you need your ankles and knees. you could steal a wheelchair and ride around in it. really good for the arms, and it is good cardio
