This is really frustrating...
I swear my metabolism is screwing with me just to see me squirm...
About Me:
I'm 21, 5'1, female 112 lbs. My activity level varies a little. I run 3 - 6 days a week, anywhere from 20-50 miles a week (usually around 30). I also do Yoga 3 days a week, swim once a week or so and occasionally kayak and play tennis.
Food-wise, I eat a LOT of yogurt, usually Fage 2%. I love veggies and fruits and dark single source chocolate... Meat-wise I usually eat chicken or pork...and a lot of seafood over the summer; Bread...French or Ciabatta, Uh... I can't think of anything else... I usually cook...hmmmm
Here's the kicker: apparently I have 24% body fat according to some estimators. It was calculated based on measurements (wrist 5in, forearm10in, waist 26in, hips 34, etc)
Ideally, I want to be around 100 lbs, the weight I was before college. So I've been keeping track of what I eat. It seems that when I let myself munch whatever I want, I usually eat around 2500 calories a day. So for two weeks, I cut down to about 1600 calories. Still running, still doing yoga.
Nothing.
I know what you're thinking, she can't count calories... nope. I checked everything.
So WHAT'S going on? By all reason of being I should have at least dropped two pounds! But nothing!
So I got frustrated and went back to eating whatever I want... and NOTHING has happened to my weight. I thought I broke my scale, went to a doctor's office: same result.
What am I doing wrong???

Sorry, few clarifications:
The exercise and food: not diet, off season training for a race. The only thing I'm doing for my diet is cutting the calories... So should I be changing what I eat? What should I change?
I don't think it's water, I'm a tea nut.
Isn't those cleanse things a bit dangerous?
Oh yeah, forgot to mention, I also drink wine.

You don't lose weight right away. Just like doing anything that can change your body type, it takes time.
