Question by ugly truth: tone that tummy!?
what are some good ways to tone your stomach i already have like hardish abs but they could be a little more toned what are some good exersizes i could do? i already eat healthy and go to the gym. at the gym i do situps on the bench thing while holding a 10 lb weight and i do twists on the same inclined bench also i do these pull up twist things you hang and i use the crunch machine what else will work...btw i tried using the yoga ball and stuff and that did really work that well. thanks in advance!
i also am doing 20-30 min of cardio before every workout.

It sounds like you're doing all the right things...are you doing cardio? My doc told me that to get nice abs, I not only had to do the strengthening, but had to burn the fat off to....:)
