I exersize on the wii fit every day..... and like, i run on it alot too. i ran for four miles the other day, and about 2 yesterday. but it only took me about a half hour for 4. i know the strength yoga and balance work, but the arobic ones just seem kinda out there. im so good at them, they are so easy, it doesnt seem like it would help. its kinda odd to ask knowing that i really HAVE been losing weight with it, and ive only had it for less then a week. does it really work??
