Workout dvds you can do in a hotel room?

Question by Laura: Workout dvds you can do in a hotel room?
I travel full time for work and spend weeks in hotel rooms. I'm looking for any fitness workout dvds that I can do in a hotel room where I usually don't have too much space and no extra equipment. Anyone know some good ones? I was thinking about trying the new Biggest Loser Yoga dvd? Has any one tried that- do you think I could do it in a hotel?

The hotels sometimes have gyms but they usually don't open until later in the morning when I'm already at work.
