How do I get yoga on the NHS?

Question by Danny: How do I get yoga on the NHS?
I currently live in Buckinghamshire, UK. I have had back and neck pain.
I went to see my GP, he referred me to physiotherapy. I've now got an appointment for a physiotheripy assessment.

I have had a desire to learn yoga for quite some time. Ideally by attending classes. I have heard you can get yoga classes free on the NHS.

How do I go about doing it ?

P.S. I'me 20 years old, and am currently un-employed.

Hi Danny,

You would have to refer to your doctor and ask him if your are legible to join the NHS yoga.
