I just joined a new skating team, and i want to whip myself into shape so i can keep up better. im not asking for a quick fix, i have time, but just wondering if this kind of routine will work:

im going to start pilates, yoga, and spin class, as well as skating at least twice a week, and i usually run up to 6 km without stopping. I havent lost much weight yet. my diet is simple, keep it healthy, i check the labels, and try not to over eat, and i drink nothing but water. when will i start seeing results?
