i recently began going out with guy.
he says he like the way my figure is and very pleased but sometimes he tells me that if i work out on my legs and abdomen, i'd look like playmate girls though he would add the same above comment right away.
i'm too busy and lazy to go join gym.
if you were in my shoes, what would you do?
i'm thinking about yoga excercise at home... any tips?

Well, if he likes you, he should not be making such comments. On the other hand, jogging and sit-ups will help a lot.

What Is So Great About New Balance Shoes?

I don't know about you, but I used to buy the cheapest athletic shoe that I could find. It didn't take long to realize that my thinking was all backwards. After throwing away cheap, uncomfortable shoes, I started buying some of the name brand footwear, Nike etc.

Even so, they wore out sooner than I thought they should have. Sure, I wear them every day for my workouts, but there must be something out there that I could depend on to stay the distance with me. I learned about New Balance shoes from my husband who bought a pair and really loves them. So I started doing some research on them to find out why he thought they were the best shoes other than they were the most comfortable shoes he had tried up til them.

• Made in the good ole USA. Now that might not mean a lot to some people, but with the economy etc, I just feel we should support our own workforce here in our own country and buy as much American made as we can. Sure, I found out, I would pay a little more, but it is worth it. I also like the history of New Balance, kind of a rags to riches type story.

They started out in 1906 just making arch supports and other shoe accessories to try to relieve laborer's foot pain. Finally in 1938, they manufactured their first pair of running shoes. Then in the early 1060's they started expanding those shoe lines and are now the largest maker of sports footwear in the world.

New Balance also crafts and supplies footwear for each of our military branches based on each branch's individual needs and footwear performance requirements. Now, I like that!

Now, I have very small feet, size five, and I am finding it increasingly difficult to find any place to purchase shoes in that size. The model numbering system helps the consumer to identify which shoes will best fit their needs. Now that is thoughtfulness to what the buyer wants.
