i will eat about 800-1200 calories a day (2-3 veggie serving, 3-4 fruit servings, 4-5 grain servings, 1-2 meat servings)
i will exercise for an hour and 45 minutes a day (an hour of cardio, half an hour of a yoga/srength training video, and fifteen minutes of stretching)

so, will i be able to make my goal? do you have any other suggestions?
i'll probably start my diet/exercise plan on Monday. until then, i'm just going to take it easy.
by the way, i'm fourteen years old and i'm a girl. i want to lose the weight before school starts, and i think school starts on like the 25th.... so yeah, i want to lose it all by the 20th just to be safe. even after i make my weight loss goal, i will probably stick to the plan to keep it off and stay healthy. does that sound good?
i weigh 112 and i'm 5' 1''
