The Yoga Ed. Curricula features 4 units addressing overall health: Physical, mental, emotional and social health. Each lesson begins with an inquiry into the various aspects of health, including a quote of the day, and targeted physical goals addressing strength, stamina, flexibility or balance. In addition, students complete self-surveys about body types, energy, exercise and muscle fibers to build awareness of self and thus self-care. Grades 9-12.

Question by yeah my sons have girl names...and?!: is doing a 10 minute yoga workout really worth it?
i do 1 hr cardio then 20 minutes of weights 3 times a week and would like to do some yogo the other days to increase flexibilty and calm down. i don't want to give another hour though. can anyone tell me if those ten minute dvds are worth it? is there a certain one i should get? i don't want to do anything more than 30 minutes.

i would do it for 20 min plus it is relaxing
