ive gained like 20 pounds in over two years and i decided that i want to lose the weight & recently ordered a home aerobics step & yoga mat to work out at home, because gym passes are pretty pricey, but i also work swing shift at my job & so does my boyfriend which is usually (1-9, 2-10, 3-11) & by the time i get home its so late that we usually just eat out, or order pizza. what are some quick but healthy recipes to make when i get home around 11:30pm most of the time? because i dont want us to keep eating out every night, besides the days were off work. (when im off i cook at home) i wanna be able to eat healthy its just so late and i dont feel like slaving away in the kitchen for another hour making something. any advice on some easy but healthy meals for us since we eat so late?

I'm not over weight, i just want to be able to get back into shape and lose the 20 pounds that i gained. I love the feeling of being healthy and having a healthy body and i feel like if i start working out 5 times a week at home, and try to eat healthy again i can feel that way again.
