Question by Samantha: How to get back in the swing of things? Motivation?!?
I used to live a healthy life style. I used to get up and go running, do intense cardio boxing work outs, and yoga. I used to eat really healthy too. But I've gone from waking up early, to sleeping in and then going to the couch. From having oatmeal and fruit for breakfast to a plate of waffles with butter and syrup. I think my new job may play a part in it cause I work for 9 hours and I'm on my feet the whole time. But I really want to get back into being healthy again. How can I get myself motivated to start over again? All I can seem to think is "ugh I'll just rest I have to work 9 hours tomorrow" or "I'm exhausted from working all day" Help!

If you actually start working out you will have more energy again. Their are some steps that you can take to get your motivation back.

1. Find a picture someone you would like to have a body like. Visualization is a great motivator!

2. Write down all of your goals, because it gives you something to shoot for.

3. Buy a outfit that you would eventually like to wear.

4. Look back at all of your old pictures and use this to help motivate you!

These are some great motivation steps that you can take.
