P90X Recovery Week and Yoga X - Day 22

Today's yoga workout didn't go as well as previous ones, and I think it's due to the fact that I'm still struggling with rest and nutrition. Question by John J: p90x recovery week and additional ab ripper x?
so i read the program. im a bit confused. is the recovery week the week with all the yoga and stuff? the recovery week is the week 4 workouts right? after my 4 weeks do i jump straight into the next phase or do i take a week off for a total of 5 weeks a phase? i've watched the first dvd, the chest and back i believe, and in the end it has an ab ripper x portion. do i do that as well? and what i do do with the extra ab ripper x dvd? answer as much as possible. thanks!
