Question by Angie: i neeed a goood kinda hard workout plan((: can anyone help me out?
so in my garage i have a treadmill, medicine ball (8lbs), weights (consisting of 5-15 lbs), a tv for P90X, a pull up bar/a tummy tucker thing... or idk(:, a yoga mat, a big workout ball that you do like sit ups on, a powerline romanchair/ back hyper extension machine thing, and a punchy bag (that i'm not too sure how to use).
So i need a workout plan that uses most of this stuff((:
normally i just walk fast/ jog for ten minutes to warm up
P90x video
treadmill again
sit ups (200+)
push ups (hard for me though)
punch and kick punchy bag a little (i do have gloves, but don't use em)
lemon squuezes(:
and i just sit alot, because i don't know what to do, and drink alot of water and can just sweat by sitting in my garage because it is so hot. but i only workout when its hot because i start to get cold if i stop working and just rest.
So this workout neeeds to be about 2 hours long,(:
i only eat about a 1000 calories a day so if you have a meal plan then that would be nice too. i normally just eat 2 bowls of cheerios a day with skim milk. and drink water. i do NOT want to exceed over 1000 calories please(:
okay so i think that that's it(:
just to sum it all up::
2 hour long workout
using machines from above and any other workout moves without machinery (situps, lemon squeezes, ect.)
maybe a meal plan that works with only 1000 calories or lower
and that works with the digestive system.
So right now i
weigh: 135lbs.
height: 5'4
age: 15 almost 16 in september
my goal weight is 120.

First, that's a pathetic meal plan. Eat some actual food instead of worrying so much about calories. Second, mix up your workout. Do cardio one day and go for a run, and then do some core workouts the next day. Get a chart to record the amount of reps you do each time you workout for each exercise, and slowly increase the amount you do. Finally, sitting in your garage to sweat is pathetic. Most of this is pathetic. If you told people that all you do is eat cheerios and sit in a garage sweating, they would laugh and walk away before they ever bothered to think about your weight.
