Question by Kara Mullin: How much water should I drink?
I'm trying to lose weight because I want to be healthier. I'm not overweight, but I want to tone down and lose a few pounds. I'm currently 5' 4" and weigh 124. I've cut out soda's and sweets (although every week I let myself have a treat, I deserve it right?) and I've started drinking lots of water. I carry around a 500 mL bottle of water and fill it up throughout the day, probably about 4 or 5 times a day. Is that enough water do you think? Or should I drink more?
I've also been doing exercise. I usually run a 3/4 - 1 mile every day and at night I do leg lift things and yoga before I go to bed. What other exercises can I do to get my tummy toned down and my arms thinner?
It would be great if someone answered :)

A person should drink at least 8 cups of water a day or more and drinking that much at least will help you loose like 2 or more pounds
