Yoga, Pilates & P90X results?

ive been doing my Wii Fit Plus for the last 4 days, i just purchased a Pilates DVD yesterday and im going to start it in the morning & my friend is going to purchase P90X for her & I to start here in about 2 weeks.. so if i do all 3 spread out through the day at least 5 times a week how long will it take for a great body & is it too much to do all 3? im also drinking water like a fish!! -i was always healthy and athletic growing up but i recently had a baby about 10 weeks ago i jumped to 155lbs right before i got pregnant /: and ive lost most of the weight but im still 157lbs and 5'6''

p90x is WONDERFUL. Best workout I have ever tried! Totally kicks my butt... It might overload your body to do all 3 exercises in one day. That doesnt give your muscles a chance to relax, and makes it much more probable that you may injure yourself. Morning and night exercises are best if you want to squeeze in multiple per day. Doing light exercise like walking and stretching would be good in between. Good luck!
