Question by Simka: systematic candida - I need info, support and advices?
It is third time I have vaginal candida in 3 months. And I also had it on my tongue. I have been to gyn and dermatologist, and got medications for it. Beside this I keep anti-candida diet, I take probiotics, basica (which is a product we have for making ur body more basic), aloe-vera, I drink clay for internal usage, and grapefruit seed essence, eat large quantities of pro biotic yogurt. And with all this it still returns!
I suspect that I have systematic candida.
I was exposed to extremely lot of stress which ended with sleeping disorder and anxiety. It lasted form August last year till beginning of March, when I took payment free leave, and am recovering and feeling much better now, sleep well, do yoga, eat healthy etc.
Still my candida returns, so I suspect my immune system is super weak. my recent blood test shower higher cholesterol and my alcalic phosphates is lower than normal.
Can you please recommend me understand how can I regain my health!

ditch the yoghurt as if it contains nutritionally void man made highly processed sugar then it is only serving to feed and help the candida to flourish....... instead, take a probiotic powdered supplement that is sugar and dairy free ... just in case you are lactose intolerant...... being lactose intolerant and continuing to ingest milk and dairy products ... such as the probiotic yoghurt would inhibit essential mineral and vitamin absorption ....... high cholesterol?? reduce the amount of lean meats and fishes in your daily diet .......... you only need a piece of meat the size of your palm on a daily basis to supply you with your iron supplies ........ eat more organic lentils or green beans and combine either with organic nuts and seeds like almonds and brazil nuts to get a whole protein ........... try ditching all fruits instead of sticking to the low sugar fruits like pears, strawberries and watermelon ..... eliminate all sugar in other words ....... both man made and natural.
eat loads of green vegies ..... eat them, juice them, just get them into you ..... they'll do a brilliant job of realkalising your system ... juice your green vegies like celery, broccolli, buk choy ......... pop a peeled lemon in the juicer with them to increase immunity, energy levels, skin and hair health ........... put a couple of cloves of peeled garlic in to juice as well....... fresh garlic is a fabulous natural antibiotic, antifungal, antibacterial and will help to eradicate candida...... juicing your vegies has the fabulous benefit of affording your system the opportunity to directly absorb nutrients via the bloodstream .... bypassing digestion...... green vegies are spectacularly rich in calcium, magnesium vitamin C, B vitamins and will go a long way to improving and realkalising your stressed system........... ohhhh yummy, i love vegie juice.
oh, take a B complex supplement too that states that it is yeast and sugar free ............ get one that includes all the B vitamins ie ~ B1, B2, b3, B5, B6, B12, folic acid choline, inositol, biotin, PABA, etc.et.... these will bolster your immunity, neural functioning and digestion and help enormously with the stress of being so run down.... if you have trouble digesting your tablets simply squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon into a mug and fill with hot water .... add an inch of cold water and sip through a straw to protect the enamel on your teeth .... the fresh lemon juice will increase the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy thus aiding in digestion and will also serve to realkalise your system and bolster immunity.
