1. Neck Roll: Close your eyes. Bring your left ear to the left shoulder. Then, bring the right ear to the right shoulder. Repeat this 3 to 5 times slowly.
2. Cow stretch: Keep your feet on the floor and your hands on your knees. Inhale, stretch your back backwards and look at the ceiling. Then, exhale, stretch your back forward and look at the floor. Repeat the same 3 to 5 times slowly.
3. Eagle arms: Stretch your arms in front of your body with the palms facing the upward direction. Cross the arms with the left arm towards the right and the right arm towards the left. Then, bring them back to the straight position. Do the vice versa and repeat this 3 to 5 times.
4. Temple Rub: Place your elbows on your desks and rub your temple clock wise and anti clock wise for around 10 to 15 deep long breathes.
