Question by : Continuous Middle back pain for more than a Month?
Hi,
I have continous middle back pain sometimes at lower back as well for more than a month. I am having comfortable sleep and feels good when I lie down.
The pain is on and off but it last for a long time atleast once in a day.I started practising yoga and going physical therapy classes as well..
I still have the pain. Did anyone encountered same problem.?

I haven't had the same situation personally, but I've seen it many times in clients and patients.
It sounds like you're doing the right things already. As long as you're doing the physical therapy exercises and yoga correctly and consistently, you should be seeing gradual improvement. Have patience. Studies show that it takes six to eight weeks of regular exercise for most people to develop a true increase in muscle strength.
Also, getting a massage from a talented medical massage therapist could help you get some relief and act as a springboard into better posture.
