How to Roll Up a Yoga Mat


Think you know the correct way to roll a yoga mat? Lake Austin Spa Resort Fitness Director Sharon Rekieta thought she did, too, until recently. Learn how to roll and store your yoga mat in this quick demonstration.

Question by : Is this a healthy amount of food and exercise?
I'm looking to lose 60lbs naturally and steadily.
For exercise, I'm planning on starting yoga for a few hours a week, running every other day and walking my dog every other day, doing cycling and rowing at the gym this Monday and already horse ride and weight train. When I lose a bit of weight, I'll start up dance again.
For food I'm planning on following this:
8am: Breakfast: Special K, low fat yogurt, a small banana and some milk.
1pm: Lunch: Tomato soup, a bread roll, a handful of salad, 1 handful of seeds an beans and a glass of juice.
5/6pm: Dinner: What ever my Mum makes, but it will probably be rice and vegetable Chile with a handful of salad and some juice.
9pm: Some warm milk.

I'll be drinking 2L of water through out the day too.

Best answer:
Ditch the bread roll and add more salad
