Question by Hey oh ♬: If I alternate days of running and doing yoga, will I be in shape in time for summer/?
Also with eating healthier and making better food choices, could I have a toned body by the summer?
By the way, I want to tone up not lose weight. I like my size I just don't like the fat. So, I know there's a rockin' bod underneath some of this chubbiness I just need to get rid of it. I don't want to be skinny and toned. I like being full and having the curves.. but again, I JUST want to tone. So will running and yoga do the job by summer (or even spring break)? If not, what other things would I have to add into my workout.

By the way, I have been a runner for quite some time now. However, I was injured for almost 7months and I kind of lost it so I just have to get back into it (which doesn't take long because something similar happened before) but that's beside the point. Just giving you further information about the kind of athlete I am. In which case I guess I should throw in the part where I play softball.. okay.. anyways the question was in the last paragraph haha. Thanks in advance.

Best answer:
should be able to
