I have started 11th grade six days ago. I am taking ALL AP classes. I know I seem like I am complaining, but I am so overwhelmed. I have tons of homework each night. From the time I get home, to the time I go to sleep I do homework. I take about an hour break for dinner and some normal activities of discussing with my family, feeding my pets, and doing some chores. I have too much going on in my life and I don't know how to regulate any of it! I have no time to myself anymore. I actually have been crying for the past few nights because I am so stressed and frustrated with homework. I am also on edge. My parents have been getting a lot of disrespect because I can't handle being told what to do, or asked to do a favor. I am the type of kid to NEVER talk back to my parents and always have respect, but lately I've been letting every emotion right out to them. I feel so bad, but I really get so angry over the littlest things. I have NO social life whatsoever. I am at a new school this year and know absoulty no one in my classes. I feel so alone and I can tell people in my classes don't like me because they think I am too much of a snob to not talk to them.
I've tried exercising to release some stress, yoga, and other physical activities. None seem to work. I actually get pissed because I get sweaty or am too hot. UGH! I don't know what to do!
