Question by Alesha: What do you think of a green tea/coffee diet; could it work?
I would really like to lose 10 kg by January next year, but nothing has been working very quickly- I have an injury so I can't run or jump etc. I am considering not eating until then, drinking green tea and coffee (to support my metabolism), doing weight training, Pilate's/Yoga/TaiChi and cycle classes. I know starvation is 'bad', but this is just a quick fix; once I've lost the weight I will go back to healthy eating. So do you think I could lose the weight in time? Thanks.

How bad is the injury, can you swim? Any aerobic exercise is your friend.
Even 1 kilo a week is a LOT, just remember that.
