Question by Banana Batter!: Super cramps out to kill me!?
I'm having ultra painful cramps. I was playing outside and I got them so bad I had to lay down on the ground in the fetal position for like 30 minutes, until my mom sprayed me with water. Please help, nothing's helping. Not even a hot water bottle.
Things I've tried so don't even bother putting these down:
Hot water bottles
medication (Midol, Tylenol, Advil, ibuprophen)
exercise
drinking lots of water
eating lots of fruit
hot bath
yoga
Please help me, they hurt wicked bad!

umm are they period cramps? if soo then you should use midol or pamprin. they work. if its not your period you may have stomache issues. my friend has really bad stomach pains and she has to take prevacid. maybe go to the doctor to see whats the matter
