UK premiere -23Nov2008. Adventure, Animation, family film Comedy ,there is all that in MADAGASCAR2. It's a whole experience! not just a film. Being the sequel of the 1st film, the New York Zoo Animals, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Melman the Giraffe and Gloria the Hippo, still stranded on Madagascar, started to leave the island when the plane -not surprisingly when you see what plane!-experiment problems. The flight crew -penguins and penguin airline- with eventlually one saying with a very good sense of humor : 'who says that penguin can't fly?' ) struggles to save the passengers...they land in the wilderness of Africa. Alex soon finds himself in a land he remembers lightly, but soon meets the rest of his family and starts to have trouble communicating with them after much of his time at the Central Park Zoo NY.
