I'm 5'1.5" and somewhere between 98 and 99 lbs.
I really want to lose weight and get toned to look like the after picture here: http://i55.tinypic.com/5npug3.png
Can someone tell me what exercises I should do? This is what I do right now.
MONDAY:
Morning run for 25 minutes
Hula hoop for 35 minutes
Cardio X by P90X
25 crunches
25 reverse crunches
25 bicycle crunches
30 oblique bicycles
30 second plank
10 double leg lifts
15 leg lifts (right side)
15 leg lifts (left side)
15 side leg lifts (right side)
15 leg lifts (left side)
TUESDAY:

25 crunches
25 reverse crunches
25 bicycle crunches
30 oblique bicycles
30 second plank
10 double leg lifts

Is that enough to get me there? I also eat 1,200 calories a day and try to get at least 45 grams of protein.
