Question by Jenn X: I am thinking of starting either yoga or yogalates, which one will be better? especially for weightloss?
I am a total beginner and am looking to buy a DVD shall i buy one based around yoga or yogalates? As i am looking for help with weightloss and relaxation.

I love yoga or relaxation and to improve my flexibility, overall posture, and when I am finished I feel so much less stress and I feel more "centered" overall!
However if your main goal is to BURN FAT, high intensity cardio is the best.
