Question by Flutter: Is there a yoga posture or exercise I can do to get ride of the hunch on my back at the base of my neck?
I've always had it and so does everyone in my family. I don't think it's to do with poor posture, although it does make it difficult for me to sit up straight.

stand straight up against a wall. thats what i do.
