Question by Schiavo: Do you have to breath through only the nose the whole time your doing vinyasa yoga?
I was watching a video on vinyasa yoga and a the start the girl said we would be practicing a form of breathing out of the nose, but i am not sure if i should be doing that the whole time i am doing the vinyasa poses cat cow , down dog, plank etc...
