Question by JediMaster: What are some good exercise videos/dvds to do at home?
I CAN NOT DO YOGA. I CAN NOT DO PILATES. I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO DO EITHER YOGA OR PILATES. I KNOW THOSE KIND OF EXERCISES ARE GOOD FOR YOU BUT RIGHT NOW I AM NOT PHYSICALLY FIT ENOUGH TO DO YOGA OR PILATES. I CAN NOT GET UP AND DOWN OFF THE FLOOR TO DO THEM ANYWAY BECAUSE OF SEVERE BACK PAIN/PROBLEMS. PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST YOGA OR PILATES. MY DOCTOR TOLD ME NOT TO TRY YOGA OR PILATES ANYTIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE. I CAN NOT DO YOGA OR PILATES AT THIS TIME. PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST I DO THEM.

What are some good exercise videos/DVDs I can do at home? Are the 10 minute solution videos any good? (Don't suggest I do the Pilates or yoga one. Read the all caps statement above.)

I have the 10 minute fat blasting dance party 10 minute solution video, and I enjoy that one. I'm doing a 10 minute segment each day. Are the other titles in the series good? Are they any other workout DVD's out there similar to the 10 minute solution series out there that I can try? Thanks!

I really like 30 day shred with Jillian Michaels, but you might not be able to do parts of them becuase you have to do crunches & stuff (on the floor)
