How to get rid of stress for a while?


Question by Bonkers B: How to get rid of stress for a while?
Yes, I know to take deep breaths, yoga, eat healthy, etc. But what else is there to do?

If this helps; I am stressing over school work, which colleges will accept me, work, friends, social life, etc. Just about everything :(

Any suggestions?

That stuff doesn't work. You need to blow off steam. Do cardio exercise, like running, aerobics, or my favorites: vigorous dancing to loud music, and practice martial arts on my heavy bag.

This will help you get out your frustrations, lower your blood pressure, and improve your health and well-being.

Do it at the end of the stressful part of the day, and it will refresh you. Doing it in the morning may help you face the day.
