Question by Lauren: Been doing yoga for about a week straight and now all my joints are popping?
It doesn't hurt... but I'm guessing it's a good thing? Is it a sign that I'm loosening up my joints and body? I just notice it more often. I'm popping in places I didn't know popped. Just doing mundane things and daily things i have noticed my body popping.

I happen to teach yoga. In class I see, or in this case, hear it often. I've been teaching for over 5 years and it still happens to me.
You correct, it's a good sign that your tendons and ligaments are beginning to lengthen. It will just take your body time to adjust. It's been use to being one way, and now your yoga practice is taking it in a new direction.
Over time the popping will begin to become less common, but it rarely goes away….
Why? Because, ever day we sit our bodies at a desk or in a car. This position alone causes the alignment of the body to be off.
A steady yoga practice will help reduce the affects of such things and it will keep your body supple and healthy.
