Am i the only woman having emotional/physical issues after a c section?

Question by Stefanie Dekranes: Am i the only woman having emotional/physical issues after a c section?
I had a c section 6 months ago... im so depressed and i feel SO insecure. I have never felt this insecure in my life. I go to the gym and i diet.. but i CANT get rid of this muffin top/ baby fat.. it just hangs there. Im still stuck wearing pajamas ALL the time and yoga pants.. I miss my jeans SO much. I look in the mirror and all i want to do is cry. I cant get rid of this fat.. i cant afford lipo, im only 19 and i feel so bad because sometimes i feel so insecure i get jelous with my fiance.. before i was pregnant i was never like this.. I weighed like 150 and now im 174. Am i the only one feeling this way? And is there anything i can do about getting rid of this post partum c section weight? All i want to do is wear my jeans again and try to look pretty for my fiance.... =[ Ive been having a lot of mood swings too.. Any help?!
Thanks Dianna... yeah.. I would swim if i could. lol sadly i cant swim. Yeah i keep telling myself to give it time, and be patient but its so hard. I think the mood swings is what really gets to me. I wish i could swim.. just so i could exercise easier. I go to the gym and do a lot of cardio on the treadmill, and i try to do some ab work outs... i even got a jump rope with weights so i can tone up but it just seems like nothings working. I was even told if i did lose the weight I would be stuck with the nasty skin. Im pale, and i have a lot of stretch marks so it looks really horrible.

Best answer:
Don't stress girl, the mood swings are perfectly normal. Also your only six months out, the weight takes awhile to go away. Try swimming if you have access to a pool. This will help tighten and tone your body faster than regular exercise. Your only nineteen I'm sure your pre baby body will come back just give it some more time. I hope this helps.
