Is Practicing Yoga Along With Gymnastics Good?

I am a young guy and i've been doing yoga for a while now. I'd like to begin doing light free weight training and men's gymnastics to further enhance my muscle building and overall discipline. Is this a good plan or would it be detramental in any way? I'd just like to be certain before proceeding? Can anyone provide some feedback? Thank you!

Yes, ofc it is!!! Yoga helps improve your flexibility, which is very important for gymnastics, so yes, it will help you. :) Girl gymnastics usually also are required to take ballet for the same reason, and yoga is also a good form of conditioning. :)
You could try doing 15 minutes of yoga every morning right when you wake up, yoga is good for you overall, it also helps circulation, and then gymnastics lessons twice a week since warm ups especially and warm downs are essentially forms of yoga/streching.
