Question by : does yoga work for weight loss?
okay well im 5'6 and im 123lbs...im not fat but i really hate my body.
i don't want muscle and i would like to lose 8 pounds in the process but the way i look is more important.

i just started yoga and i really like it! but are these people in the pictures skinny from yoga? or just already skinny? does yoga really shape you? i'll do it everyday i just want that body SOON!
and i eat healthy, love healthy food and only drink water.
i try and eat healthy desserts like yogurt, but hey im the baker of the family of 6 (3 men, 1 pregnant girl and my mom) soooo for example im making cookies tonight...
oh and i love coffee! i dont drink much though, no more than once a day (well not everyday)
and do yoga people do cardio?

I think its somthing you do with regular exercise, like to sculpt your body. i would exercise then do yoga after, it also relieve stress..which is good if yur trying to loose weight stress makes it very hard
