Question by : please please help me. i need to lose weight!?
atm i'm 13 years old, female, 5 foot 6, and around 130 pounds. atm my diet concists of around 2000 calories and around 240 carbs and 50 fat. around that, their not accurate. i know that i consume around what i should but i have gained quite a lot of fat lately. i know its good to have a little bit of meat on you and i dont mind that but not as much as i have now. i'm not fat at all, i'm reasonably thin but i want to be thinner. i look better thinner and i feel confident like it, so hypithetically, if i did this diet for 3 months, by the end of it how much will i weigh?

Breakfast: Porridge made with water and organic oats. Glass of water.

Snack: handful of grapes.

Lunch: chicken salad in an organic brown small roll. Glass of water.

Snack: handful of butterbeans. 2 glasses of water.

Dinner: fish with steamed vegetables. 2 glasses of water.

Snack: cup of tea and 2 glasses of water.

45 minutes bike riding.
20 minutes yoga.
10 minutes weight lifting.

please help. i really need to know. please dont say whether it is healthy or not, i just need to know what i will weigh in the end of the three months. thanks a bunch. xx

If you are 5'6, 130 then you are EXACTLY the weight you need to be and you shouldn't worry about LOSING any weight.

Instead, stay healthy. Stay active, eat right and get enough sleep :D
