Question by Dine: What was your result about the Wii fit ?
I Start the Wii fit, i exercise everyday for 25 minute yoga, strength and aerobic. The Wii Fit is telling me that i loose 6 lb for this week.
I really want to believe this Game but i don't know if is really good.
Tell me if anyone loose weight with the Wii Fit

i normally gain or lose weight but that not much normally less than a kilo its mainly from eating or taking a dump etc.
