what phase would I be? P90x?


Question by blackbelt_13: what phase would I be? P90x?
I am currently at Level 1 in P90x
I am a 15 year old girl, about 5'9" and around 145-148 pounds
I am very active, karate 5 times a week from 1hr and 30min to 2hrs every session
and I only do the p90x plyometrics once a week, stretching maybe 3 times a week and once or twice a week the yoga video. Plus the ab ripper x on the days I don't do anything.
I am also on the tennis team for my school. Not to mention other everyday activities like going to the park/mall, etc... that all include some form of 'off your butt' -ness. haha
My BMI is somewhere between 21.4 and 21.9

So I've been following the phase 1 nutrition level for some time now, but I was thinking since I am very active and fit, if I should just go to the Phase 3 - the 'athlete' phase that puts more emphasis on carbs (rather than protein like in phase 1)

So I just need some advice/opinions in which phase I should be in, because I'm not quite too sure :p

I don't know p90x nutrition system but a person like you would definitely need her carbohydrates, I'd recommend over 300g a day for you. For protein I'd recommend 1.4g/kg(body mass)/day.
