Question by : How fast will I lose about 50 pounds if I continue this workout/diet plan?
Yoga: 30 minutes.
Seal Lifts: 36.
Leg Raises: 60.
Standing Crunches: 60.
Arm Circles: 90 forward, 90 backwards.
Bent Over Rows: 90.
Dead Lifts: 90.
Side Bends: 90.
Speed Walk: 1 1/2 miles.
I do that every day.
Once a week I go to an Olympic Sized Pool and swim for about 3 hours, doing laps(freestyle and backstroke) "weights" in the pool, and swimming on the boards kicking VERY quickly.
My diet is pretty much the same- control portion sizes, don't eat bad stuff. My motto has been "I can always come back for more if I'm not full" Let me tell you, I've never had to go back. I also try to stay within 50-70 carbs a day, and I don't eat bread, pastas, fruit juice, or apples. I have 2 cups of salad a day with tuna or the protien.
P.S- I've alewady been doing this workout plan for a couple weeks and have no trouble keeping up with it. It's just the eating part (which i put up a question about)

how fast can you loose 50lbs? it depends what weight and height you are right now...a healthy diet and excercise program should shed you 1 to 2 pounds per week. Good luck and keep up the good work!! Stay motivated by looking at old pictures of yourself or pictures of someone else that has the body you are striving for!
