Question by Snose: What are some fun and different workouts?
ok so i want to start working out mor ebut i dont always want to be doing the same thing i do yoga and some cardio i have a spin bike and a tredmeel but what are som edifferent work out idea? i need some that i can do at home i also have a yoga matt and a platies ball and a ring thing lol idk what its called and some weighs so what are different ways?

Have you tried doing some body weight circuits? try this one:
push up ( 15 seconds)
rest (15 seconds)
squats (15 seconds)
rest (15 seconds)
half burpees (15 seconds)
rest (15 seconds)
jumping jacks (15 seconds)
rest (15 seconds)
lunges (15 seconds)
rest (15 seconds)
plank(15 seconds)
the rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat a few times
